Commitment

KairoLink Foundation is committed to fair access, equal dignity, and respectful treatment for all athletes, families, donors, volunteers, staff, board members, sponsors, partners, and community members.

Protected Characteristics

KairoLink does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, immigration status where protected by law, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Program Eligibility

Program decisions may consider mission alignment, financial need, academic expectations, attendance, age group, soccer development fit, safety considerations, family commitment, available resources, and program capacity. These criteria must be applied consistently and without unlawful discrimination.

Reasonable Accommodation

KairoLink will make reasonable efforts to support participation by individuals with disabilities or access needs when doing so is practical and does not fundamentally alter the program or create an undue safety risk. Families should contact KairoLink to discuss access needs.

Harassment and Retaliation

KairoLink does not tolerate discriminatory harassment, bullying, intimidation, exclusion, or retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or participates in a review process.

Partners and Volunteers

Volunteers, coaches, mentors, sponsors, vendors, and partners are expected to respect this policy when participating in KairoLink activities or representing the organization.

Questions or concerns about discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or fair access may be submitted through the Contact page or by emailing info@kairolink.org. KairoLink will review concerns and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.
